These Terms & Conditions govern your use of aboatelier.com and your purchase of products from ABÔ Atelier ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website, placing an order, or submitting a story to The Scar Project, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

About ABÔ Atelier

ABÔ Atelier is based in Athens, Greece. These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.

Products & Pricing

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products, but slight variations in color, texture, and finish are expected, as each piece is handmade. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice; the price charged is the price displayed at the time you complete your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock — if we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Orders & Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photography, logos, and design — is the property of ABÔ Atelier or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to disrupt its operation, access it through automated means without our permission, or interfere with other users' experience of the site.

The Scar Project: Story Submissions

The Scar Project invites visitors to voluntarily submit personal stories, in written, video, or audio form, for possible publication. By submitting a story, you confirm that it is your own genuine account, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe on the rights or privacy of any third party.

Submitting a story does not automatically grant us permission to publish it. If your story is selected, we will contact you by email to confirm before publishing. Once you confirm, you grant ABÔ Atelier a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, edit, adapt, and publish your story — in the format and under the name preference (with your name, anonymously, or not shared publicly) you selected — on our website, social media, and other marketing materials.

Submissions are voluntary and uncompensated unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may decline, edit for length or clarity, or choose not to publish any submission at our discretion. You may withdraw your consent to publication at any time before your story is published; if it has already been published, contact us and we will remove it within a reasonable time.

This website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products, beyond the amount you paid for the relevant order, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
